Supervisory board
The Supervisory Board is a check body of the Company, it supervises the performance of the Board of Directors´ activity and realization of the Company business activities, and it has 6 members altogether.
The Supervisory Board is elected and removed by the extraordinary general meeting and one-third (1/3) of the Supervisory Board´s members are elected by the Company Employees.
