Coke Plant
Coke Plant is the largest coke producer in the Czech Republic. The coke oven batteries with stamp charging and a large-capacity coke oven battery with top charging produce 1,2 million tons of coke per year. In By-Product Plant are produced the chemical products: tar, benzol, liquid sulphur, coke oven gas. Tar, benzol and liquid sulphur are successfully exported to the domestic and foreign markets.
The Coke Oven Plant technology is on very high environmental level. The coke and by-products production has been certified by BUREAU VERITAS and meets standards ČSN EN ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 requirements. From 2015 total process has been certified by TÜV NORD CERT GmbH and meet standard ČSN EN ISO 50001 (energy saving) requirements.
